- Embroidery orders can not be placed on the website
How do I place an order?
- All embroidery orders must be faxed or emailed.

- Your purchase order must include:
- 1. A PO or order number
- 2. A contact name and contact phone number including
extension
- 3. A .dst file containing the digitized artwork including thread color (sent via email to

- A purchase order is
not considered an order until it is entered into our system.
- Purchase orders will
not be entered without artwork in the proper file format (must be a dst file).
- No stock will be allocated until an order is entered. Again
an order will not be entered without digitized art. No exceptions!
- After a virtual proof is approved, please allow 2-3 days
for a physical sample to be shipped.
- Always be sure to copy

communicating directly with a customer service representative. Since more than
one rep may assist on an order, it is important that they all have access to
all communications regarding that specific order. This will also prevent your

| FILE FORMAT PREPARATION |
- Can you digitize a file for me?
- No. We do not digitize files.
- If you do not have a digitizing source, you may go to

- Can you edit my already digitized file?
- NO, we do not edit any files.
- The only exception is adding a fill stitch for
embroidery being done on our SPB or SPR.

| COLORS AND THREAD |
- Can you match PMS colors?
- We can match thread colors for embroidery to PMS colors.
- Thread colors will vary according to the brand of the
thread. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact color match.
- Is there an additional charge for metallic thread?
- Yes, the fee depends on the logo.

| PROOFS AND SAMPLES |
- Can I get an electronic proof of my logo?
- Yes
- This is a scan of the logo sewn of fabric.
- Repeat orders will have a $5.00 charge.
- A virtual/electronic proof DOES NOT show logo placement on
the product.
- Can I get a preproduction sample?
- Yes

- If you require a physical sew-out of a product, we will accept this as a separate one unit order only. Once you have approved your sew-out from the embroiderer, then you may submit your complete order.
- The price of a preproduction sample is the same as one item
in the order, plus the freight for the sample.
- Please note a request on your order.
- A preproduction sample or swatch is required to be sent and approval in writing on any order over
$1000.
- Please know that you may want to add an extra piece to your
order to cover the 1pc pre-production proof or once your complete order ships
it will be 1 piece short.
- Can I get a virtual?
- Proofs are sent virtual by e-mail to customer for approval.
- When should I expect my virtual proof?
- Proofs are provided within 2-3 days
after the embroiderer receives the digitized file.

- Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
- Yes 12 pieces.
- Orders less then 12 pieces will have $25.00 minimum fee.

| ORDER CUSTOMIZATIONS |
- Can I customize with variable names in embroidery?
- Yes, $3.50/per name
- If personalization is going on SPB or SPR the charge is $7.00/per name as
a fill will be added.
- If the embroidery order is for personalization only there is
no additional embroidery run charge.
- What type of text can be used for personalization or
creating of straight line text?
- Block text or Script text only.
- Can you create text for me?
- Yes we can create straight line text for a fee of $30.00 +
the embroidery run charge. This $30.00 fee is per logo that we are creating.

| FILL STITCH |
- What is a fill?
- A fill is a back stitching that goes under the
logo to flatten the fleece which prevents the logo from "sinking" into the
fabric due to the thickness. The fill stitch will be the same color as the
fabric the logo is being placed on.
- When is a fill used?
- A fill is required on our SPB or SPR
- Is there an additional charge for the fill?
- Yes there is a $25.00 edit fee – This is the only edit we
will do. Please be advised that adding a fill WILL INCREASE your
stitch count.

- Can I get an estimated stitch count on my embroidery logo?
- No, we will not look at artwork and guesstimate a stitch
count.
- Can you embroider on your chenille products?
- Yes, but we do require that you take a 1pc pre-production
proof.
- What is your embroidery run charge?
- 12-144 pieces .40/THOUSAND STITCHES…$2.00 minimum/ unit
- 144+ pieces .35/THOUSAND STITCHES …$1.75 minimum/ unit

- What is production time?
- Production is 7 business days after approval.
- Can I get a rush on my embroidery with a rush fee?
- This is determined on a case by case basis. Contact the embroidery department:

| SHIPPING INFORMATION |
- Can you put the product in polybags for me?
- Yes, there is a $0.25/per unit charge
- Can I ship to multiple locations?
- YES, but there is a $10.00 drop ship fee per location and each ship to address is entered as a seperate order.
- If my order has already been shipped to the embroiderer can
I add on pieces?
- NO, once the order has been processed add ons will be treated as separate orders.
- You can place a new order and state that it is an add on to your original purchase order. Add ons less than 25 pieces will have a $25.00 LTM fee.
- There is no guarantee that add on pieces will ship with the
original order.
- When should I expect back ordered items?
- Back ordered goods usually ship within 3 business days after
the embroiderer receives the back ordered goods.
- The time frame is dependent on quantity.
- Once the back order is received and the product is sent to the
embroiderer, back ordered goods usually ship within 3 business days depending
on the quantity.
- I need to change my ship to address, what do I do?
- Fax in a revised purchase order noting the new ship to
address.
- Please be advised there will be a $10.00 fee applied to your
invoice.
