How do I submit my order?

- Go to: www.coloradotimberline.com
- Click on "Order decorated garments online"
- Log-In using the same username and password as our standard ordering site. If you do not have a username and password please contact customer service at: 1.800.733.1033.
- Order manually
- You must use our P.O. if you do not have that click here.
- Email art and P.O. to art@coloradotimberline.com Specify P.O. # in subject line of your email with correct art attached.
- Specify your in hands date
- Provide location of art using our locations numbers.
- # of garments for order with the correct size and color.
- Shipping and billing address.
- What is the standard turn around time?
- 3 - 5 days
- 1 - 3 days when submitted online
- 1 - 2 day rush order for an additional $1.00/per garment
- What file format can I send my art in?
- .jpg (white only).psd, .eps, .tif, or .ai in CMYK color at 300dpi
- Why can't I use a .jpg with darks?
- Because it is a compressed file that is meant for file transfer over the web. Designed for fast file transfer and viewing only. Due to the compression of the file you will have major quality issues.
- Where do I send my artwork to?
- art@coloradotimberline.com, place the associated P.O. # in the subject line of your email.
- What is the maximum printable area?
- Whites - 12" X 14" with a recommended size of 10" X 12"
Darks - 10" X 12"
- What garments of yours can I print on?
- Cotton and cotton blends - we can print on lights and darks.
- Poly-Dri - We can print on lights only
- We cannot print a white underlay on any polyester blend.
- Can you re-size my image for me?
- We do not have an art department and therefore cannot manipulate art in any way. Your art must be 100% to size at 300dpi
- If you can't fix my art who can?
- Please use Affinity Express
- Go to www.affinityexpress.com
- Click on customer log-in
- Click on appropriate link
- Click on new to IDEA or login using your username/password
- If new, type promotional code: co-timberline
- Fill out appropriate information
- Can you match PMS colors?
- NO, This is a digital process and does not accept pms matching in any way.
